What are the possible statuses of my repair?
Once your repair has been raised it will display as 'In Progress'. When it has been completed it will display as 'Complete'. If it is cancelled it will display as 'Cancelled'.
My repair has been done, why is there no Reported Complete Date?
There may be other repair jobs on that request that are still to be completed before this date is populated, or the contractor has not advised the date the repair was completed.
